The Municipality of Rosario announced the cultural, sports, and recreational activities it will hold during February, while also informing about all the presentations scheduled for 2026. Mayor Pablo Javkin led the presentation of the 'Agenda 2026', in which some of his officials also participated. The Secretary of Tourism and Sports of Rosario, Alejandra Mattheus, stated that it is 'a city that has shone again, with a very broad, plural, and diverse agenda'. 'The South American Games 2026 will be held and we will be visited by 4,000 athletes from different countries. It is a highly capable city for friends, couples, families to visit. It is marvelous because it also combines nature and urbanism'.

Cultural Highlights and Festivals Return of Fito Páez (March): The artist will set up 'Casa Páez' in the city and offer a series of historic concerts: a symphonic show at El Círculo (3/10), a piano solo at Teatro Astengo (3/11), a presentation of his novel (3/13), and a free concert at the National Flag Monument on March 14. Festival FARO: Will take place on January 30, 31, and February 1 in Urquiza Park with over 160 artists, including Baglietto/Vitale, Silvestre y la Naranja, and Los Peñaloza. Carnaval Central: From February 14 to 16 in Parque de la Independencia, with free entry and limited capacity.

Sports Events XIII South American Games Santa Fe 2026: The most important sporting event in the city's history will take place from September 12 to 26. More than 4,000 athletes from 15 countries are expected to compete in 43 sports and 60 disciplines.

Thematic Events and Tourism National Artisan Ice Cream Festival: Will be held from March 20 to 23 at the National Flag Monument Park.
